1. Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum period is one month, no refunds will be given for any unused time. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
2. How do I view the reports?
At this time the reports are delivered by email once a week to the email address supplied when you signed up.
3. How many search terms am I allowed?
You are allowed up to 20 key phrases, each key phrase can contain several words. A search term like "search engine tracking" would only count as one key phrase.
4. What position to you report until?
We track the top 100 results for each keyword. If your site appears outside the top 100 then its position will not appear in the reports.
5. Why did you setup the service?
Keeping on top of our clients' search engine rankings was becoming a daily problem at Evoluted, thus we decided to setup a simple, easy to use service that automated the process.
